Membership is open to indigenes of Ibadan and their families living in Greater Houston. There is no form to collect from anyone, and no meeting you must attend first.
What happens next
A member of the Council replies to you directly. If you are joining, you will be told when the chapter next meets and what the dues are for the year. Nobody is added to a mailing list they did not ask for.
Until a form endpoint is connected, sending opens your own email application with everything above already written into it, addressed to the Union. It works today; it simply works through your mail client rather than through this page.
